Halaqoh Qur’an adalah majelis ilmu dan tilawah di mana kaum muslimin berkumpul untuk membaca, memahami, dan mengamalkan ayat-ayat Allah. Di dalamnya tumbuh cinta Al-Qur’an, mempererat ukhuwah, serta menumbuhkan semangat memperbaiki diri dan masyarakat dengan petunjuk ilahi.
